When you reach Grad Staff Construction base you should have collected 20 seeds, if you have no then re-trace your steps as you need them all. If you give them to the Pipot (the little rabbit thing in a vase) he will gove you a Adamantis Sword & Adamantis Ring which are both better than anything else you can get at this point. I would give them both to Kaim as he can make the best use of them at this point. Also you can give the Pipot items and it will improve them and give you better versions, so if you have some to spare it is well woth trading some in.
