Just pause the game and enter;

Down,down,down,up,y,up,y,up,y,up,up,up,down,x,down,x,down,x,left,y,right,x,left,y,right,x then press lb+rb and if a sound triggers you have done it right.

You will need to re-enter the code after an FMV, boss intro and at the start of a mission.
