To defeat zed you need to dodge all of his letters, no duh. When he gets on speakers destroy every speaker and go for the kill. When he yells and the letters spelling AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! Go in all different directions, you need to keep jumping over them, and keep traveling toward him and slice him with your chainsaw. You end up slicing him 3 different times.
