Collect the envelopes that are dropped by the various King of Fighters characters in each of the five stages of the game. The first four envelopes can be collected during any playthrough but the fifth envelope is collected using the 'Stage' Selection option and you must complete the entire stage defeating the boss without dying. After this has been accomplished you must play through ALL the stages again on a harder difficulty setting to get an alternate final boss after the boss of the fifth stage has been defeated.
Complete stage 3 without losing a life defeating the Boss at the end of the stage with a special move or a bomb. The new hidden boss will then appear after the point total has been tallied for the stage.
