Ok when you get right to the point where you kill thorn all you have to do is 1 simple thing. First of all you will need 40 Below, Thermite and Chilla in your party. When you start to fight him, change into 40 below and use wrecker ball on him (press LT+RT and then I think it's RT again) and keep going into him with it. When he gets out of breath and summons trolls, turn into thermite and use your shield until he gets back up again. When he gets back up to his feet, transform back into 40 Below and use wrecker ball. Keep repeating this process until he runs out of health completely and your evil sister comes out and starts to heal him. When she becomes visible to you, transform into Chilla and aim at her with your spikes and keep shooting her. After about 10 hits she should die and you have defated Thorn!!!
