Select the 'Driver DNA Lab' option and choose 'Celebrity Face Off'. Then defeat the indicated driver in ALL 3 of his challenges to unlock the corresponding car.
Unlock Audi 1.8T Quattro:
Defeat Caballero in ALL 3 of his challenges.
Unlock Dodge Viper SRT-10:
Defeat Samuel Hubinette in ALL 3 of his challenges.
Unlock Ford Mustang Fastback:
Defeat Djibril Cisse in ALL 3 of his challenges.
Unlock Ford Mustang GT '05:
Defeat Smudo in ALL 3 of his challenges.
Unlock Nissan Silvia S15 Spec-R:
Defeat Phil Morrison in ALL 3 of his challenges.
Unlock Nissan Skyline R32 GTS-t Type M:
Defeat Tarzan Yamada in ALL 3 of his challenges.
Unlock Toyota Corolla GT-S:
Defeat Beau Yates in ALL 3 of his challenges.
At the 'Main' menu go to the 'DNA' menu and select 'Cheats and Codes'. Then type the case sensitive code 'HEYB' (without the quotes) to unlock every league in the game.
Select the 'Driver DNA Lab' option and choose 'Celebrity Face Off'. Then defeat the indicated driver in ALL 3 of his challenges to unlock the corresponding car.

Enter code in DNA lab and compleat the challange to unlock car "JWRS"
