Seems to be a very popular place to play this type of multiplayer game, so I'll hint you in on the easiest way to rack up those kills for your team. To start off with, you're either going to spawn on the upper or lower sides of the boardwalk. Best head straight for those shotguns and find you a popular pass by hole to hide in. For the upper side of boardwalk, the shotgun is located right behind the stairs on the beach side of the boardwalk. The stairs that lead down into the trashy underground parts. Just pick that bad boy up and head back up to the stairs leading to the sniper's pit. Wait there and let the kills come to you.

If starting on the lower side of the boardwalk, grab the shotgun that's leaning against one of the lower walls on the beach side of the boardwalk. Head back into the small sniper's room and wait for people to come up the stairs. Chances are, they will, and you'll get your kills for the day.
