Bandanna-On the 4th level, The Silent Cartographer, kill the 2 Hunters inside the island. Go into the facility and kill two more, with a few grunts. When you reach the control center, turn right and head to the catwalk. Go to the edge, and you'll see the Skull. Grenade Jump up to the ledge and claim the best skull ever: Infinite Ammo(Still need to reload, though).

GBP-On the last level, The Maw, drive to the dock where Foehammer picks you up. On a railing there is a skull. Park the Hog' next to the rail and climb up on it. GBP lets you spray confetti when you headshot a Grunt.

Pinata-On the level Two Betrayals(the 8th one), wait until you get the Final Banshee, and fly all the way to the cave. On top in the middle is Pinata Skull. Pinata makes enemies drop grenades as you punch them.(I thought they always dropped them, but they only drop grenades if they're alive. Otherwise, they drop blood.:( ).
