The video below will show you where to find ALL 30 nuclear waste collectibles to earn the 'Waste Management' Achievement and further uncover the ocean map. To collect them you need to buy the Sonar Collections Dock while playing as Michael. This property can be bought for $250,000 after completing 'The Merryweather Heist' story mission. The waste is normally picked up at the bottom of the ocean using a slow submarine which will always spawn at the dock. When you buy the docks you will get an app called 'Trackify' which is a radar that will point to the next collectable. When you find the final piece of nuclear waste you will get a $250,000 bonus.
