First of all go to about quarter way up on the middle island (it would be near the golf course on tBoGT)go to the top of three piers and run to the end. Bring a motorbike or use the cheat (625-555-0100). There should be a skate park that you can use on your bike. Brilliant for stunts and you can do flips. Enjoy!
