To get to the heart first,spawn a helicopter then fly to the statue of liberty. Look at the main entrance from the bottom,don't go in that way. Hover up towards where you would climb the stairs, the platform is hard to reach because there are no stairs leading up to it. So when your side of the door is directly above the platform JUMP OUT OF YOUR HELI AND YOU SHOULD LAND ON THE PLATFORM. WARNING:
