Massive dissapointment

Added:

This was certainly not worth the hype. I don't even think the game is finished. At times it seems jumpy, and I've already noticed a few glitches without even trying.

The scoring system is incredibly irritating (for those who've not played, each mission gives you a percentage score based on how many of the targets you get. For example you will get a better score the less time it takes you, if you lose less health, and so on)

It's basically a ploy to get you to keep playing. Because if you replay a mission through your phone, or use a taxi, your score doesn't count. And since you have no idea what your targets were until you've beat the mission, it's unlikely you'll get above 80 on your first try. Meaning if you want the achievements you'll have to keep retrying them once you beat the story missions.

The minigames/side missions they've added aren't very good. Golf is pretty cool, but the base jumping physics are unnatural and far too easy, the drug wars missions are basically the same as the ones you do for jacob in the original game except you steal drugs instead of delivering them, the nightclub management is repetative and boring (you basically spend your time walking around the club looking for trouble, and if you find some, you watch a short cutscene of the troublemakers being thrown out of the club, then it's back to walking around)

The cage fighting is nothing special, it's the same as fighting on the street except you're in a metal square. There are no new finishing moves, or special fighting styles, it's the same old crap.

The new guns seem to be as less effective as a baseball bat. They are far too underpowered.

The way Luis runs is retarded. You have your head bobbed forward as if you don't have any muscles in your neck. And the base jumping tasks are far too easy. I never thought I'd say it, but the orignal gta is better than this. The missions are basically the same, and there doesn't seem to be much of a story other than the fact you're in debt to everyone and have to go arounf kissing asses the entire game.

This wasn't worth my money, and there are still loads of problems they need to address.

More great content for this game is just a click away, we've got a Grand Theft Auto 4: The Ballad of Gay Tony walkthrough, more tips and cheats and loads of answers.
