When you have earned 40 stars in Campaign mode the Aftermath campaign will become unlocked. This bonus mission takes place towards the end of Gears Of War 3.

In versus there is a secret in each map.
1.Library-go to the bookshelves (the one on the wall near the ammo) one of the books should be glowing, press 'X' and the bookshelf will move inside it is a incenedary grenade (you can change weapon pickups to any weapon you like)
2.Gondola-Some of you may notice this but there are two cablecarts that are working. You can ride in it and shoot enemies. There is also a grenade inside that spawns in each carts.
3.Rig-At the south and north helipad there is a helicopter. You can ride in it and use the turret and you will fly in circles. You can also have a friend ride with but he/she will have to use their guns. Becareful because you expose! Hope this helps :-)
