If you are not the best at playing matches on Proffessional or higher difficulty but when you play on semi-pro it's just too easy. Then stop playing. Just simulate the matches! Now I know that when you sim the matches your players lose about 25 of their stamina but you don't need to worry. Because there is a 75 chance you will win against most teams in your league with these:
Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, North Queensland Fury, Melbourne Victory, Barcelona, Villareal.
These are the main teams that I know of that will have a high chance of taking all 3 points by simulating matches.

Do not turn on auto growth. It depends on what position you are. If you are better in attack, get all stats to 99 in attack. If you are good in defense, get all stats to 99 in defense. Then go to skill. Then movment, then power, then you can go to anyone. Do goalkeeer last. This is a good order to do it in.
