First thing you want to do is take to 200k loan the the bank. Sell all the 3 of the small tractors.

Buy 2-4 beehouse to earn you $60 an hour. You do not have to do anything at all, the honey will sell by itself

Buy the second least expensive tractor(the red one with no hood).

Buy a the small mower and bring it to the sheep area to feed your sheep and make wool, wool gives you 5k per pallet. After a pallet of wool is done, push it of the gray plate with the mower. After you get more money, buy a front loader and a pallet fork to bring the wool to sell. Wool is $2400 on hard, $4800 for medium, and $9600 for easy. Buy 30 chickens so that they lay eggs for you to sell. Eggs are $6 for hard, $12 of medium, and $22 of easy. You don't need to get any cows because they need a lot of equipment to take care of.
