First you can't be on xbox live then all you need to do is buy a lot of stands, houses ect.. Go to the home menu select system settings, then console settings, clock and put it 1 year forward then put fable and you should get a lot in income and for purity put prices and/or rent low and for corruption put prices and/or rent high there you go
