Unlock Characters

Characters become unlocked in the game when you complete certain tasks. Below is a list of the characters and the corresponding task.

Unlock Dong Zhuo:

Using Lu Bu clear Musou mode.

Unlock Zhang Liao:

Using 1 Wei character clear Musou mode.

Unlock Liu Bei:

Using 3 Shu characters clear Musou mode

Unlock Gan Ning:

Using 1 Wu character clear Musou mode.

Unlock Cao Cao:

Using 3 Wei characters clear Musou mode.

Unlock Cao Pi:

Deafeat Cao Pi within 5 minutes on Wu side of He Fei.

Unlock Diao Chan:

Using 1 character from each Kingdom clear Musou mode.

Unlock Lu Bu:

Using Liu Bei, Cao Cao and Sun Jian clear Musou mode.

Unlock Xu Huang:

On the Wei/Wu side of Fan Castle succeed in 2 battle objectives.

Unlock Lu Meng:

On the Wei side of He Fei succeed in 2 battle objectives.

Unlock Xu Chu He Fei:

On the Wu side personally kill Cao Ren and Xu Chu.

Unlock Zhuge Liang:

Using 1 Shu character clear Musou mode.

Unlock Sun Jian:

Using 3 Wu characters clear Musou mode.

Unlock Cao Ren:

On the Lu Bu side of Fan Castle succeed in Battle Objective 2.

Unlock Huang Gai:

On the Wu side of The Battle of Chi Bi succeed in Battle Objective 3.

Unlock Huang Zhong:

On the Wei side of Ding Jun Mountain succeed in 1 battle objective.

Unlock Ling Tong:

On the Wei side of the Battle of Shi Ting succeed in Battle Objective 1.

Unlock Sun Ce:

On the Sun Jian side of the Battle of Xia Pi succeed in Battle Objective 1.

Unlock Ma Chao:

On the Wei side of Han Zhong attack Defense Battle succeed in 2 battle objectives.

Unlock Pang Tong:

At Cheng Du battle succeed in 3 battle objectives and finish the battle with Pang Tong alive.

Unlock Guan Ping:

On the Shu side of Fan Castle succeed in 2 battle objectives and finish the battle with Guan Ping alive.

Unlock Wei Yan:

On the Shu side of WuZhang Plains succeed in 2 battle objectives and finish the battle with Wei Yan alive.

Unlock Zhou Tai:

On the Shu side of Yi Ling succeed in 3 battle objectives.

Unlock Sun Quan:

On the Lu Bu side of The Battle of Chi Bi succeed in Battle Objective 1.

Unlock Xiahou Yuan:

On the Shu side of Ding Jun Mountain succeed in 1 battle objective.

Unlock Xiao Quio:

On the Wu side of the Battle of Shi Ting succeed in Battle Objective 3.

Unlock Zheng He:

On the Shu side of Han Zhong Attack Defense Battle succeed in 2 battle objectives.

Unlock Yuan Shao:

As Wei complete ALL 3 targets and capture Wu Chao before completing the stage.

Unlock Yue Ying:

On the Wei side of the Battle of Wu Zhang Plains succeed in Battle Objective 1.

Unlock Zhang Jiao:

In the Yellow Turban Rebellion beat the stage completing ALL 3 targets (playable in only Free Mode and Challenge Mode).

Unlock Taishi Ci:

Defeat him in the Battle for Wu Territory.
