First to get items you have to go to assign then equepment the produce and the item you want and you have that item for as many turns as the number next to the item. Higher weapons just get in the 300 hundreds and above and eventually you will get lvl 3 weapons. And the other models the 2nd one I got when I killed 300 people and got the 2nd but I don't know bout the others,
