What resembles a twisted old lady with an explosive sack on it's left arm. It can be heard half a game away from it's screech like noises. Seeing as it has the explosive sack, it can be seen from a good distance away. It's like a walking glow in the dark Necromorph.

The best strategy for this game is to shoot it's explosive sack from a distance to completely destroy the thing. Never let it get close, because seeing as it is the suicide bomber of the game, it will kill the both of you with it's sack.
