This isn't exactly a cheat, you simply use the duplicate items glitch to acquire a large number of expensive items which you can sell for cash. You then take this cash and use it to buy large amouts of deoderant (x2) and duct tape (x1). If you have been doing every quest then quite early in the game you will be able to create a weapon called a "Deo Bomb", you can have x30 in an inventory slot and each one deals 5000 damage. This makes even thugs and floaters easy kills.
