Castlevania: Harmony of Despair Cheats for Xbox 360

This guide is for Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, a Xbox Live Arcade game. The game features 6 chapters which can be tackled in both modes. Player/players must defeat the boss on each chapter within the 30-minute time limit in order to clear the level and proceed to the next one.

If you want either Jonathan or Charlotte to perform some dance moves during gameplay just hold 'Up' for several seconds (usually about 8 seconds).

When you defeat Dracula using Soma his gamerpic will become unlocked.

The following hidden items can be found in the indicated chapter. There is a secret item in each chapter and they will ALL give you extra points. Note: These items will not appear in your inventory.
Chapter 1 (Bell):
When you are in the room with the three bells, slide underneath the lowest one and jump up into it. The bell will drop down to your left.
Chapter 2 (Crown):
On the piano hit the following keys (counting from the right): 5 white, 5 black, 6 white, 5 white, 2 black, 5 white, 5 black, 6 white.
Chapter 3 (Moai):
Wake the Boss and let him clear the room. Then, jump kick through the center of the vortex in the background and the Moai will appear there.
Chapter 4 (Goemon):
Search for the small dark alcove jutting out of the wall at the right side of the level. When you enter it the Goemon will appear to your left.
Chapter 5 (Vic Viper):
Enter the top right corner of the right building and tap Up. Vic Viper will fly across above the building from the right.
Chapter 6 (Konami Man):
Before the final staircase jump up next to the blue roof and tap 'Up'. Konami Man will fly in from the right and just above you.
Chapter 7 (Vick13):
Go to the top of the pyramid, then jump.
Chapter 8 (Lucky Cat):
Go to the top-right room of the level and press 'Down' in the cave area. The Lucky Cat will appear to your left.
Chapter 9 (Twin Bee):
Get on top of the left-most tower and go down along the barbed wire. Land on the platform below the first guillotine and the Twin Bee will appear back above.
Chapter 10 (Crown):
In the first room with the spear guards break the wall to the right and walk through. The Crown will appear in the room behind you.
Chapter 11 (Facade Card):
In the room directly above the Boss stand on top of the tree stump and jump straight up. The Facade Card will appear to your left.

To get Japanese voice-overs throughout the game, simply hold down the right trigger while selecting your character.

In Harmony of Despair, when opening blue chests, you can effectively replicate Water of Life with some good timing. With multiple players, time your right-trigger press together and you can often get multiple items.

Complete Chapter 6 on Normal mode in a Single-Player offline game to unlock this gamerpic.

This difficulty setting becomes available when you complete Chapter 4 under the Normal difficulty setting. In Hard mode more items and weapons are unlocked in the shop.

When you have beaten chapter 6 in Single-Player mode using Soma his gamerpic will become unlocked.
