When you get to the part with Captain McMillan sniping while Big Bird is on it's way go to the back of the map where the swarm of guys come out there will be a room in the very back. Most Soldiers will ignore you can Cpt McMillian will snipe them all. Then Book it over to the Captain and carry him to the chopper.
