Remember that enemies drop lower level Legendary Weapons if they are dropped in Normal mode. You should play in Vault Hunter Mode to get mid-level Legendary Weapons. Once you beat that mode and everything is boosted to level 50, the Legendary Weapons are better too.
Fast travel to the dust. Drive around a bit until the caravan passes through kill the guards and open the chest for any loot you might want. Follow the car by driving so your touching the back. When it goes to leave the area if your pushing against it it will send you flying across the map and possibly out of it. When out of the map if you look at the sky all the buildings will be on the sky.
