Increased Conflict Level in Global Challenge Mode (Version 1.93)

At the 'Main' menu select Global Challenge mode and when you are inside the lobby press A to display the pre-game screen with the controls, hints, and the 'Press A to start' message. Hold Y and press A. If done correctly you will hear a woman's voice say 'Increasing conflict level' as confirmation. Enemies will be faster, appear in greater numbers, and will spawn faster.
