Secret Scarecrow Lair

To find a secret lair in Arkham City, climb to the top of the boat in the industrial district, by two cranes.

Once there, use the Cryptographic Sequencer and manipulate the letters until the message "City Of Terror" is displayed.

A secret path will appear on the boat, allowing you to climb down into a infested hull. You can pick up a medical form for Jonathan Crane and see a scarecrow that reacts when you zoom in on him.

how do you get scarecrow to appear in batman Arkham city? do you get a boss fight with him or something. because I found two of the people strapped to the chair. can you see his whole body. some people said that you see scarecrow In the shiny mirror in the Solomon Wayne court house

are you supposed to go to the box thing at the back of the boat or the front of the boat i used the sequencer like i'm supposed to do on the box or i think when i went to the box i pulled the secuencer out but i could not hack anything which boat is it the one near one crane of the one near two cranes i also pulled out the secuencer and found a channel where this voice keeps saying number but i can't decode it

for all of you who dont understand,you first have to get the sequencer upgrade for decoding from far away, go to the falcone boat near the cranes and the reality trainings,use the sequencer in the back of the boat, the hack needs to be arkham on the left, terror on the right, and then change arkham into city of, once you are inside zoom into jokers men in the chair

the sequencer doesnt say hack divice you just keep on checking it then a password popps up then do the code that always changes for me then there is a room of kockroaches then zoom in on the strapped man on the chair then he starts yelling or something
