At the 'Chapter' selection screen start at '59th Street' (or fast-forward to it). If you fail you can retry it again by pressing the 'Y' before hitting the gas which puts you into first person mode. Try not to hit the Taxi at the end as this may make you fail the mission which means doing the entire level over again.
