Unlock Blueprints
This depends on whether you have chosen foreign trade or gypsy, you can only select one of the two. The upper part is unlocked with the gypsy, the part just below those with foreign trade. If you want a market place (rock and wool) in the contractors office build five offices and put them right next to each other and that will unlock that blueprint. If you want the gypsie place (wood and crystal havesting) build five orcina of time and you will unlock that set of blueprints.
