Unlock Desert Spring Resort Environment and Dance Music:

Reach your workout commitment 3 times and get a 'Bronze' rank.

Unlock Alpine Retreat Environment and Techno Music:

Reach your workout commitment 5 times and get a 'Silver' rank.

Unlock Island Paradise Environment and House Music:

Reach your workout commitment 7 times and get a 'Gold' rank.
