1. This Guide and Me

This guide was both written and compiled by me, Eli Orosco. If you
don't know about Madden Football then you must have been hiding
under a rock for the past decade and a half. Madden is the #1
football sim available and Madden 06 is the newest in the series.
Madden introduced a new Madden Cards bonus game. You collect points
earned in gameplay to buy cards. There are over 280 this year and
this guide will act as your checklist.

3. Card Basics
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is a little info on how the Madden Cards Menu works. You have
four tabs to choose from these tabs are:
1. Card Book: Lets you look at all the cards you've collected.
2. Status: Shows how many tokens you've earned and for what.
3. Trade: If you want to trade cards with a friend.
4. Madden Codes: Input codes to earn specific Madden Cards.
There are three colors of cards:
1. Bronze
2. Silver
3. Gold
For each type of card there is a special effect. These are:
1. Bronze Player Card: Gives a 25% stats increase for 1 play.
2. Silver Player Card: Gives a 25% stats increase for 1 quarter.
3. Gold Player Card: Give a 25% stats increase for 1 half.
1. Bronze Coach Cards: Boosts team awareness for 1 play.
2. Silver Coach Cards: Boosts team awareness for 1 quarter.
3. Gold Coach Cards: Boosts team awareness for 1 half.
1. Pump-Up-Crowd Cards: Pump up the crowd.
There are also different types of cards. They are:
1. Player Cards: Cards of your favorite NFL players.
2. Coach Cards: Cards of NFL coaches.
3. Cheat Cards: Cards that give you the ability to cheat in game.
4. Stadium Cards: Unlock secret stadiums.
5. Pump-Up-Crowd Cards: These cards pump up the crowd.
You will also see on the back of the card, letters. These letters
stand for:
R: Rarity L: Duration of Card V: Trade(in) Value

Gold Cards: 1 in 1200

Gold-Your 1st down yards to go will be set to 5 for 1 Half.
Silver-Your 1st down yards to go will be set to 5 for 1 Quarter.

#190. Unforced Errors:
Gold-Your opponent will fumble each time he jukes for 1 Half.

#191. Extra Credit:
Gold-Awards 4 points for every interception and 3 for every sack.
