Notice that you cant hurt Cell without super saiyan 2 now heres the trick puch the D pad/ moving pad towards Cell now press X the Y over and over and he may use Combo breaker but keep using it now once you have ss2 beat the Cr*p out of him (Notice that your energy recovers every time you do a hard hit I mean energy not Super Saiyan energy).

Once you get him down to little health someone will say you have to use the Kamahamaha now heres what to do:lock on to him (press the L button) now im hopingyou brought teleportation cause yoou may need it. Now use Kamahamaha and use teleport while your holding it ow you should be ever on the side of him of even the back (maybe the front) now let go of the Kamahamaha and it should Auto. hit.

Congrads now you have beat Cell

After that go to the main menu and notice that Pendulum mode is unlocked go there and you can play as any of the following characters below on any stage

Ex. Goku:the arrival,ssaiyans duel,ascended,RIT armor and Cell games (these are what clothes your person wears and what level they are at)

Goku: all

Vegeta: Saiyan elite (no ss1) rit armor(no ss1) rit armor Variant (ss1)

Kid/Teen/adult Gohan:all

Piccolo: super Namek form and with Cape

Trunks:without Jacket and the rest

Broly,Bardock,Krillin,Yamcha and Tien.
