This may work, depending on the sims attitude.
1. Have two sims woohoo in heart bed often. Guy MUST have high outgoing level
2. Make female sim eat disgusting foods. 3. If done correctly, the guy sim will think that she is preganant and cheat on her.
WARNING: EATING DISGUSTING FOODS MAY RESULT IN A SIMS DEATH, SO USE THIS WISELY
Try to select and move other things than your funiture like newspapers and dishes (you can delete and sell them the same way as furniture).

Once again I laugh myself to death by finding a glitch ha HA HA.
Ok, know first when your bills arrive take them from the mailbox and drop them somewhere then puase and go to the buy catalog.
Then hit X and click the bills then hit X again once you have clicked them and can drag them and it will say " This is public property you cannot sell..
Or something so it will say do you want to delete? Click yes and it will think that you have already paid them lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I'm awsome =)

Go to sleep on the sofa,use the power nap,I find your sleep goes faster then sleeping in a bed.
When you have atleast have 75 realantion ship pionts,propose too him/her and they will most likely say yes too the the propose,so good luck with it,have fun

In career mode you have to be enemies with torin after you become enemies become friends.

If you want to control felicity marry her if you want to control ossie marry him if you want to control both mary either and get divorced and go to the other sim.
After buying an item for a gold want sell it and you will get the goal done and keep your money.
