Unlock Mukai and Adelheid - KoF 2003:

Defeat Kusanagi with either Mukai or Adelheid in 'Arcade' mode without using a

'Desperation' move and you will face them as your final Boss.

Play as Mukai:

At the 'Character Selection' screen hold the Right trigger while selecting Kyo

Play as Adelheid:

At the 'Character Selection' screen hold the Right trigger while selecting Lori

Character Art Galleries - KoF 2003:

Each character that you defeat playing 'S-Survival' mode will unlock their 'Character Art' in the Gallery.
