First,you need a ruber band,then,run into a wall.After that,you wrap the rubber band around the joystick that makes you move to the right side of the controller.Then you can do whatever you want while your character is advancing athletic levels.(I recomend you use the fatigue cheat first,which is:black,black,white,white,black,hold a then press b.)
