Input the following during the credits movie in the Main menu section:
Invincible Mode:
vision + reload + primary fire
All Upgrades:
vision + acquire + secondary fire
Unlock All levels:
vision + reload + acquire
No thumbs

Invincibility
At the main menu, select the "Credits" option, then press B, Black, R while watching it. The "Invincibility" cheat option will now be unlocked
Level select
At the main menu, select the "Credits" option, then press B, Black, Y while watching it. The "Level Select" cheat option will now be unlocked
