O.K. First of all you need 2 controllers to do this. Just normally be playing with one in the first slot, but put the second one in the 4th slot. While you are talking hold either white or black on the one in the 4th slot. If you hold white then whoever you are talking to will talk really high-pitched. If you hold black whoever you are talking to will talk really low-pitched.
