Super cool cheats

Since I too well know the megadrive cheats I thought I might as well share it all with the fans of this game
NOTICE check and remember the button configurations as it tells you which button(S) correspond to A B C

SONIC 1
at title press and D pad up, down, left right.
you will hear a chime if inserted correctly then hold A then press start a level skip menu appears and you can choose any level you wish

SONIC 2
go in to options and on to sfx and enter these sfx no's
19,65,09,17
YOU MUST WAIT FOR THE FIRST ONE TO COMPLETLY FINISH!!!

once you have pressed sfx 17
you will hear a chime
exit the options and go to the title screen again and hold A and press start

a level skip option appears
SUPER SONIC

once you have inserted the level skip cheat and accessed the level skip option,
go down to the sound test at the bottom of the screen and enter these numbers
(you don't have to wait for them to finish)
04,01,02,06

now choose any level and once you have collected 50 rings and jump you will transform into super sonic, while in this form you are invincible to almost every hazard from the eception of getting squashed or falling out of the screen downwards

while in super sonic mode your rings will decrease by 1 every second or so, so if you plan to stay in this form for the rest of the level, kepp your ring total high this cheat is very useful against bosses

oh you jump a lot higher and run alot faster
