Successfully complete the game on the normal difficulty and normal puzzle difficulty settings. Start a new game to find a chain saw among logs before the cemetery.
Hyper Spray
Successfully complete the game twice. Start a new game to find the Hyper Spray on the south side of the motor home.

To make the great knife from the butcher (aka pyramid head), be able to swong fast, beat the game twice in hard mode and the next time you get the great knife, use it for the rest of the game with every demon and patient and boss you kill, never taking it off except for the employee elevator in the hotel. the next time you find it,(nomatter what difficulty) it will swing fast.
