Trade in your 'Doubloons' at the 'Main' menu 'Gallery' option to unlock the following
Rogue I Gallery - On the 2nd Row of Crew select the 1st option.
Rogue II - In the 1st row of Ships select the 5th option.
Rogue III - In the 2nd row of Promotional select the 5th option.
Ships - In the 4th row of Rogue I select the 2nd option.
Townspeople - In the 2nd row of Rogue I select the 2nd option.
Behind The Scenes - In the 1st row of Rogue III select the 4th option.
Promotional - In the 3rd row of Rogue II select the 2nd option.
Pirates! Museum - In the 3rd row of Behind The Scenes select the 4th option.
