When you have defeated Nelly in a Drag race in the event challenge you will receive his MAZDA RX-7. If you keep repeating that race every time you win you will get 100,000 + RP. Keep repeating until you have the desired amount of money and RP.

Get to cheats like up,down,right,left then again.
now to get a ruby type up,up,right,left then up
now type kick ass at the cheats menu and then pic the car you want!!! your choice..
