Unlock Infinite Health:
At the Extras menu enter Left, Right, Up, Down, click Left analog-stick and then press X. A message will confirm correct code entry. Unlock Massacre Mode:
Complete the game on any difficulty setting to unlock the Massacre difficulty setting.

Complete one full game to be able to unlock the following effects.
