I would like to ask if the card, 'Cyber-Stein' and 'Cyber End Dragon', is available in this game?

Here is the answer to your question Cyber Stein is in this game you get it by beating Marik and then by picking the slifer statue, But Cyber End Dangon is not in this game it doesn't come in unitll Yu-Gi-Oh GX series.
