I do it two ways. I have to have a guy with at lease 65 points in total attributes. The 1st way is to not lock up and try to grapple. Keep swinging them and making moves off the rope. Keep going until the opponent has red damage. It may take a while. Even after red, you may have to keep going a bit longer depending who it is. Warning: If the guy gets a hold of you, it will be nearly impossible to recover, so stick to the plan. No submissions or grapples unless you don't care about winning.
2- no disqualification / ladder match- when the bell rings run outside and wait for opponent. Hit him and keep a short space. And hit him AS HE IS GETTING UP. Hope you don't miss!
