How in the world do you do your finishing move?

And can you unlock anybody such as Funaki, Nunzio, Johnny Stamboli, & Sean O'Haire?

The way you do your finishing move is to get your voltage meter really red, then you grapple (A) and press A+B....

And no I do believe that the only people you can unlock are Ken Shamrock, Vince McMahon, and Mick Foley, how you unlock them... I don't know.
