If your on xbox, then it probably isnt there. Everyone says that once I beat the game, there will be a cheat menu under extras, but for me, it's wasnt there after I already beat the game. I'm not saying it's not going to be there, but it didnt work for me. So, you could try and beat the final boss, and if that doesnt work, then try to beat the game %100, and if it it STILL doesnt work, then your probably not going to get one. Hope this helps!
