I saw in the hand book (the littlebook inside of the Case of Unreal) and it said there were mutator buttons but I couldn't find them in the game. How do you get them?

Where you choose the arena in instant battle press X for options and then press X again for mutators.

unreal master

When you chose the level hit "x" to go to the options menu then hit "x" again and you will be able to chose the mutators.
