In East L.A how do you get to the mission that is on top of the big building near the begginning of the level? That's the last mission I have to do cause I have already beaten the game so now I'm playing on the harder levels and I'm almost done sick mode. So does anyone know how to get to the top?? The mission is where you have like grab on to a helicopter. Please help!!!

At the bottom of the building there is a chain link fence that you can go through. Go through that and it will bring you to the top of the building.
There is a door on the one side of the building that teleports you up to the roof top. It is on the side that the bus is on.
I have it on ps2 but it should be the same,
Ijust went to the mission star talked to the guy for the mission and I automaticly got up there
