Question for Tony Hawk's American Wasteland

I have been trying to fully complete the calssic mode on the game. I have all the challenges done except for getting the 5 donut boxes. I can find:
1 when you jump the car
1 right by the donut shope
1 on the broken down freeway
And 1 just below where you get the secret tape.
Does anybody know where the last one is? It would help me alot.

Try breaking all the windows on buildings one of them should break and inside you'll find a doughnut box

There is one with two broken windows on a building. When you first start out it will say get the donuts, it shows the one in the building.�
