I can't get past the first part of the first level. When have to pick the handcuff lock please help

Picking the handcuffs is like picking the lock on a door. Move your thumb stick around until one of the tumblers starts to move, then just jiggle it in that spot until the pin stays in place and move the thumb stick around until the next one moves and repeat until all pins are completed.
