After you spot them with your thermo and binoculars turn around towards the room behind you. Shoot out the six lights in this room and get on the elevator to your far right. Shortly after the elevator starts up the power will be cut. Shoot out the panel in the top of the elevator and climb up on top on it. Climb the cables to the next elevator, get on top of it and there is a little crawl space that will bring you out into a large room. Soth and his men are on the top catwalk. Shoot as many lights as possible from the crawlspace. Don't kill the guys on the catwalk where you come out. If you're detected a timer will start, kill Soth and his men and get to the bomb before the timer runs out.
