Dili, Timor-Embassy

On the level-Dili,Timor at the embassy when trying to rescue Douglas Shetland I can't seem to get into the room I've tried everything I can think of except the way that works any hint on how I can get inside?

Go to Where the fire is. The game will Let you interact a pole. Clime it and Shime untill you are on the other ledge. Jump off
